This is the part where I’m suppose to write something witty about myself or share some of my quirks or tell you how passionate I am about photography. I can’t do it. I’m too Midwestern-modest. Besides, as I write this my dog Tango wants me to toss the ball with him. Hmmm, give me a minute because I’d rather play with my pup than write about myself........

Ok, enough of the slobbery ball. Dogs really can teach us a lot about unconditional love and the desire to make someone happy. Heck, you might want to consider having a dog train in your man about those things before you two tie the knot.

I feel fortunate to be able to make my living as a photographer.  It’s the only career I have ever had since graduating from high school. But it’s just that, a job. I save my passion for people and it just so happens that the best part of my job are the people who I have had the pleasure of meeting throughout my career. I take pride in what I do, and I strive to make my clients happy. There’s a certain joy knowing that years down the road as you are thumbing through your photos you might run across one that I took for you. You won't remember me, but hopefully a flood of joyful memories about the moment the photo was taken will fill your heart and bring a smile to your face. That’s why we need photographs; that is why I feel blessed to be a photographer.

I have to go walk Tango now. If you want to learn more about me send me a text, write me an email, send smoke signals or heaven forbid give me a call.

Thanks,

Paul Middlestaedt
